Meet Blake Kunetka
Blake Kunetka, a licensed broker/agent specializing in luxury real estate in Houston, holds a BA in English from The University of Texas at Austin. As part of her professional development at Coopers and Lybrand, she completed accounting and financial analysis courses at The McCombs School Graduate School of Business. Blake establishes strong client relationships, leveraging all available resources to deliver optimal results. With a background in new construction condominium sales in The River Oaks area, she collaborated with developers, marketing professionals, attorneys, architects, contractors, and public relations firms, gaining extensive knowledge of construction and real estate transactions.
Blake excels in negotiating contract details and extends her commitment to clients beyond closing. Married to Keith, she is a mother of four: Will graduated from the United States Naval Academy and serving in the US Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor; Caroline graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and working in Houston; twins George and Lucie currently attend The University of Texas and Washington and Lee University, respectively. Outside of work, Blake enjoys Pilates, reading, and quality time with friends and family.
